Upbound Group Inc Summer 2025 Internship candidates will take part in a ten-week program onsite at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas, running from June 2 to August 8, 2025.

What We Are Looking For:
- Paid Internship: $20.00 per hour
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior or recent graduate of an accredited four-year college or university.
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Previous work or classroom experience in one of the following is preferred: Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, etc.
- Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Must be able to work M-F; 8 am – 5 pm onsite at Upbound’s Corporate office in Plano.
- Reliable transportation
What You Will Do:
The Supply Chain Specialist Intern will partner with Supply Chain to support our day-to-day operations and our Supply Chain Modernization project. This internship will expose you to a variety of professionals from varying industries and levels of experience.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support the daily functions of the Supply Chain team, along with ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Engage directly with the stores to promote awareness of new programs and processes.
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the team with data analysis and reporting as needed
