Job Purpose: Support the strategic sourcing organization in realizing value and maximizing efficiencies for the company’s indirect expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage departmental contracting and reporting processes
• Create and maintain models to track project performance and category trends
• Assist in gathering and analyzing industry, economic, market, and spend data
• Complete the collection, analysis, benchmarking, and reporting of indirect expenditures
• Perform total cost of ownership analytical activities
• Interview internal stakeholders to develop product and service requirements
• May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers
• Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Finance, Economics preferred
• 1-2 years sourcing or data analysis experience preferred
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and outside of the box
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Good communication and team skills with ability to interact with all levels of management
• Strong experience with use of analytical methods and tools (e.g., MS Excel and MS Access)
• Ability to quickly pick up and adapt to new skill sets
• Ability to function in ambiguous and/or time-sensitive situations
