Senior Support Analyst

 

 Job Purpose: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting functions and financial reporting including accurately recording the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the company. Develop and maintain systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial data to all levels within the organization
  • Assist with the annual budget for all departments as needed
  • Monitor payables and expenses including account coding, cost justification, and reasonableness
  • Maintain chart of accounts and reporting structure
  • Work with franchisees on issues related to their billing and data
  • Aging of AR
  • Budgeting
  • Billing of pass-through costs
  • Progressive consignment program billing (monthly)
  • Report reviews
    • GL Data
    • Roll Forward
  • Analytics—assist with utilizing SQL and PowerBI to support RACFI and Franchise needs, create data pulls for reports, and complete data checks.
  • RACPad/VersiRent, population of performance
  • Creating monthly awards
    • Top 10
    • Monthly Performance
  • Acima consignment program billing (monthly)
  • Assist with Account/ Finance questions
  • P&L capture of franchisees
    • Reviewing and drawing insight from P&L efficacy
    • Inputting store level finances for franchisees
    • Ask questions on certain items
  • Relationship management
    • In Upbound FSC (Accounting/ Finance/ Data Services)
    • 3rdparty relationship

    • Daily CC batching
    • Monthly revenue input to ERP
  • Project Ownership

  • Additional duties as assigned 

   Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA highly desired
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
  • Proficient technical skills
  • Proficient with SQL, Power BI, and Oracle Accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Charting, PivotTables, Data Validation, Data Manipulation, Macros, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, etc.)
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization
  • Available to work in office, Monday through Friday (Plano, TX)
