Intern (HR Rotational)  Job Description

Upbound, Internship with Rent A Center Corporate

Summer 2025 Internship candidates will take part in a ten-week program onsite at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas, running from June 2 to August 8, 2025.

What You Will Do:

The Human Resources Rotational Intern will work across all areas of our department.

What You Will Gain:

As an intern with Upbound, you have a unique opportunity to learn Human Resources, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRIS and Compensation. This will be a great opportunity to gain technical and strategic knowledge from multiple experts and to collaborate with several teams across the organization.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be a rising Senior or recent graduate of an accredited four-year college or university.
• Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
• Previous work or classroom experience in one of the following is preferred: Human Resources Management
• Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Must be able to work M-F; 8 am – 5 pm onsite at Upbound’s Corporate office in Plano.

Summer 2025 Internship candidates will take part in a ten-week program onsite at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas, running from June 2 to August 8, 2025. In addition to your day-to-day tasks, Upbound Group interns will participate in volunteer initiatives, C-Suite Roundtable Q&A, Coworker Resource Group networking events & more!
